We did it!

Thanks to all the marvellous members of the public who helped us raise £10,000.

In 2012 we started a campaign to raise money to save the Venus & Cupid Sculpture by buying it and securing its future in Morecambe. Three years later we succeeded and the Trust took the sculpture over in September 2015.

We now have responsibility for the sculpture’s maintenance, repairs and insurance.

So we still need your help in funding the cost of looking after Venus and we will continue with fundraising activity. If you would like to help why not become a friend, Volunteer or make a donation.
